WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE OR NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
If you’re running late for your appointment, please call our office to determine if you can still be seen the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call our office to find another day and time that will work better for you.

I NEED A COPY OF MY MEDICAL RECORDS. WHAT DO I DO?
Please complete and sign our medical records release form. Once completed you can email it to frontdesk@obgynofkc.com or fax it to 816.931.4168, Attn: Medical Records.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS? WHICH ONES?

You will be billed by mail, directly from the lab performing your testing.
